In order to have an independent monitoring of our compliance workings in accordance with the FCA rules and regulations, we have commissioned the services of Bankhall (4th Floor – Jackson House – Sibson Road – Sale M33 7RR).

Further, we may disclose your personal data to third parties as per the FCA rules and regulations governing BEST EXECUTION POLICY.  Disclosure may also apply In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets or if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply out client agreement/service charter.

We will not transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area or to any organisation (or subordinate bodies).

All appropriate measures are taken to ensure that any personal data are kept secure, by using Microsoft Cloud Office 365 and BT Cloud Voice Platform. Your personal data are limited to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality and the FCA BEST EXECUTION POLICY.

 

We will notify you and all applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
