In order to have an independent monitoring of our compliance workings in accordance with the FCA rules and regulations, we have commissioned the services of Bankhall (4th Floor – Jackson House – Sibson Road – Sale M33 7RR).

Your personal data are limited to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality and the FCA BEST EXECUTION POLICY.
We will notify you and all applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
